If you are staying in one of our Retro RV's, expect all of the same luxuries our tents have inside & out!
Please note that we have removed all cooking utensils, glassware, plating, etc for the health and safety of our guests.
All bedding is included, but towels and bathing supplies are not.
You may check in to your glamp site at 3pm. Check out time is 11:00am.
We have a wonderful bathhouse with restrooms, showers and laundry just a very short walk from our sites (maintained by the staff at the park)
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION POLICIES
Cancellation policy without insurance for individual reservations:
We offer a 95% refund of your total reservation if cancelled prior to (14) days to the date of your check-in.
Reservations are non-refundable or transferable to a new date after 14 days prior to the date of your check in. You can instead gift your standing reservation to a friend or family member.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to lula@tlglamping.com. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
If Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance is not purchased, we do not cancel and refund reservations due to rain, thunderstorms, or illnesses.
Timberline Glamping Co. has multiple locations, each one owned and operated on separate booking systems, so it is not as simple as moving a reservation at the click of a button. If you would like to move your reservation to a new property just write us and let us know. There will be a 5% fee assessed to move your reservation.
Low-cost cancellation policy and what it covers for individual reservations:
We recommend protecting your trip at the time of your booking by adding Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance.
Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance protects your trip in case of inclement weather or any illnesses that might arise.
You may add Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance later as long as it is still more than (14) days from your reservation. To add it on, send us an email: lula@tlglamping.com
The Fine Print for Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance for individual reservations:
Must Cancel or Move the reservation prior to 3 pm two days before your reservation for a full refund (minus the cost of the Cancellation Insurance).
If you cancel within 48 hours (After 3pm the two days before your stay), you forfeit your deposit only.
Must Have One Policy Per Accommodation
Non-Refundable
Must be added 14 days prior to your check-in date or added at the time of your reservation.
Not Available for Group Reservations
GROUP RESERVATION POLICIES
A minimum of (5) Sites must be booked to qualify as a “Group Reservation.”
Booking a Group Reservation on a weekend or holiday requires at least a (2) night minimum.
Travel Insurance is not available for Group Reservations.
Cancellations or date changes must be requested via email (30) days prior to check in or the entire reservation fee will be charged. lula@tlglamping.com
Group reservation deposits are non-refundable.
We find it is better to properly set the expectations for everyone before they come Glamping. You will have a very comfortable bed with proper linens. You will have places to sit, places to eat, and places to charge your phone. You will still be able to wake up and have a fresh cup of coffee from a Kuerig Coffee Maker.
We do provide heaters in the winter and air conditioners in the summer, but remember this is a tent with a canvas exterior. The heating and cooling will be just enough to take the edge off, but will not have the same effect of a home. In the summer months, we recommend keeping the doors and windows closed during the day and the canvas doors open at night to let the summer breeze in. In colder weather, it is imporant to bring warm clothing.
Most Importantly, you will have a chance to re-imagine the world around you as you make special memories with family and friends.
We love our furry Glampers! Just add the pet fee for each pet in the add on section at check out or send us an email letting us know ahead of time and we will get that added.
We just ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the tents at any time unless properly crated. You are financially responsible for any damage that is done to our accomodations by your pets.
Sometimes it rains. All of our tents are waterproof and have additional rain guards to ensure you still have an enjoyable experience. In fact, we have been told by guests that experiencing rain in our glamping tents is a great experience.

Yes you can, you can take any of the items sold in our online store home with you and we will charge the card on file. You can also just give us a call or send us a text of the items that you like and we deliver them to your glampsite. When in doubt just give us a call.
We do have a lost and found, any item that is left behind will be placed in Lost & Found and remain there for 14 days. On the 15th day, any item left behind will be taken to our local donation center. If you left something behind, we are happy to mail the item back to you and charge the card on file for shipping and packaging (if needed).
